Delete your EasyChem account

You can permanently delete your EasyChem account and the data associated with it directly in the EasyChem app.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open EasyChem and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select your account.
4. Confirm your identity with Google or Apple if requested.
5. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email help@easychem.app from the address associated with your EasyChem account. Include EasyChem account deletion request in the subject line. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• your EasyChem account profile;
• your synchronized learning progress and learning history;
• the association between your EasyChem account and its connected sign-in providers.

Deletion through the app begins immediately. Email requests are processed after account ownership is verified.

Data that may be retained

Deleting your EasyChem account does not delete your Google or Apple account.

Purchase and transaction records may be retained by Google Play, the App Store, payment service providers, or EasyChem where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations. Aggregated or anonymized analytics and diagnostic data that can no longer be associated with your account may also be retained. These records are kept only for the period required by the applicable legal obligation or service provider policy.
